Vga Cable/box With Sound?
« on: August 08, 2007, 12:13:00 PM »

I'm looking into getting a VGA Cable/box for my Xbox. I've looked at some different boxes like the X2VGA, and they look great, I'm just wondering if they have a sound output, to plug directly into my onboard motherboard?

If anyone has any suggestions, throw them my way (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Thanks,
Chris

I am assuming that with the X2VGA you just use the three cables for component, so you will have the two RCA audio connectors to use for audio. If you use them, you will need an RCA to 1/8 inch stereo adapter (like part  180-3.5S/RCAX2 on this page). There are a few other ways to do this, but that is the general idea.
