Moving up to 'S' Video (YC) will transform your image. Moving up to Component (YUV) will be better again, although not as prononced as Composite to 'S'Video.

Cool, thanks for the guidance. I've gone ahead and ordered the xbox HD AV pack, not cheap but if it does the job.......
