I managed to change the region from the 'professional' UnleashX based dash, which I found located in e:\ndts\default.xbe (which allows you to change settings n the real eeprom, rather than the virtual one installed during the softmod), and launching enigmah from there.  Problem is I can't get a picture output, only sound.  I've tried soldering a bit of wire to one of the video components, as suggested (with diagram) on one of the posts on this forum, but it didn't work.  I've even borrowed my cousins xbox which i also softmodded with ndure & tried doing the same, but still no picture.  From other posts I've looked at, some people have managed to get it working, but I'm not sure how.  If you or anyone else manages to get it working, let m know how.
