Adding A/v Ports To The Xbox

Ok well seeing that i may be making a box for use as a media center i need to know how to wire up some extra a/v ports to the xbox.  I know there is a tutorial for wiring up s-video but i need to know how to wire up extra video and audio jacks(the yellow red and white ones... RCA i believe).
