you need xbox HDTV cables .. they come in many flavors .. the picture improvement is stunning IMO .. i love my HDTV :] ...

madcatz also makes some ..

once you get the cables you have to enable the HD modes in either the XBOX dash or XBMC ..

You have to convert a PAL xbox to NTSC to get the HDTV settings.  There are plenty of tutorials on how to do this.

How is your Xbox modded?

How is your Xbox modded?

I have a program on my xbox called 'pal/ntsc selector'  I am guessing its not something as simple as using that to tell its to use NTSC ?
