I have my DVB card setup with My Theater streaming to my xbox through the script. It is kind of hit and miss sometimes it works sometimes it buffers too much and shuts off.
I found out that if I record I can view the recording instantly(I don't have to wait til its done recording to view it.) I have got it to record the stream rather than just a show. So I can change channels and keep recording. So here is my problem I want to be able to record to a my folder and say I set the folder to like 100 gigs maximum. Can I make a program that will start deleting the beginning of the stream on the fly so it never gets over 100 gigs.
I hope that this makes sense. I want to be able to get this to work flawless and I have been working on this for 2 months straight. (changing hardware configurations to reduce cpu usage) If I can get it to stream 100% would be great. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
