Im wondering is there anyway to connect my surround sound system to use with my xbox, its a creative 4.1 or 5.1 system I dont remember clearly, how can I go about connecting it to my xbox. I cant connect it to the tv im using because it requires two speaker connections, on a pc this would connect to the ports in a sound card so how can I go about using this on my xbox.

I just found this, is that what I need to hook up the surround sound, and will this give me true surround sound?

My speakers output to two 3.5mm jacks that usualy connect in to pc sound card, how will these connect to the xbox/via the advanced av pack

Sounds like they are designed to work with a PC sound card. They won't work with your xbox.

Sorry mate, these only take plugs and input from a PC soundcard. Won't work with your Xbox.
