Eeprom Switch To Ntsc From Pal.....

Hey guys ! whats the ;quick n easy" way to eeprom switch to NTSC from pal.....
   
   I have a pal softmodded XBOX and want to enable 'Progressive scan' from original dash ...I know I have to use "Enigma video switcher" to do this but am confused about when (un)locking hdd issues ....

You don't have to unlock your HDD to use enigmah...
