What is wrong with your Xbox's picture? Are certain colors missing from it, or is not stable?

Also, is your picture corrupted in all video modes?

I had the same problem. For me it was the cord. But if you have a cheap tv then you may have to jiggle around the inputs to get a good signal. I would test the current tv with a different device hooked up to the same input that your xbox used!
