You need to enable your 480p, 720p, and 1080i settings in your Microsoft Dashboard, and the problem will be fixed.  happy.gif

And that poor quality with 480i will always be there. You cqan patch the .xbe's that don't go to 480p.
The idea of the EasyView feature is made to be able to go into the MS dash and enable HDTV modes. The button will move things over to help you navigate. But it really is just for setting up without much hassle.

And a little tip, If you have a purple tint, try the 3rd DIP switch.

If you aren't able to clearly navigate through the MS dashboard, you can enable 480p by simultaneously pulling both triggers and pressing both thumbsticks.

Once 480p is enabled in the MS dashboard, most applications and games will be shown in at least 480p resolution.

Err...no. MOST games support 480p, but not all. Hence the reason why there is a 480p Hex Editting thread.  happy.gif

Can you not enable 480p 720p 1080i via your mod chip (ie X3) or do you have to use the m$ dash?
