get neoya's x2vga... thats the easiest way to get vga output without need for modifications to your xbox

X2VGA Home or see if google can find the old version for you

its a switch, the AV settings are made by 3 switches, which will tell the xbox what it should be outputing, since it cant do them all at once. basically you just need to attach those wires unless you are having a multiple out setup.

So you just solder these input plugs onto the xbox mobo where the av out plug is? or can u make a special cable using this? and if u can make a special cable can u give me a link to where the tut is.

No, no, no.... those VGA diagrams are outdated, and they will not work. Do not use those diagrams.

And yes, you can build a VGA cable instead of wiring one onto the motherboard, here is a picture of the one that I built for my own XBOX:
