I just installed a Xecuter 3.0 CE mod to my 1.4 box and now my S-Video output has rows of dots rolling thru the screen, it does not matter whether I am in the X3 bios Dash or the Evox Dash it still looks the same.
If I use my other cable (Composite) it works just fine. Can anyone lead me down the path of rightness?
