Help 360 Loses Component Connection

Hello all...if this is an old questions that has been asked, I apologize.  I have an xbox 360 and recently I have noticed that after playing about 20-minutes, the tv screen goes black and my component jack has the message on the screen "not supported mode".  I can hear sound, I just cannot see anything.  This happened on Madden 06 after 20 minutes.

What should I do?  I am not a technical person and need some help.  I appreciate it!
