Do you have 480p enabled in addition to 780p ? Evox comes up as 480p on my system. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get my games to run in that mode. Most of them cause my system to freeze.

avalaunch does support 720p, thats what mine comes up as. you should enable 720p in avalaunch's settings as well. do u have the latest version

Go to MS Dashboard with your chip on, enable 720p, reboot, go to favorite dashboard, enable 720p, reboot, go to your favorite dashboard.

Understand even when you enable 720p in the MS Dash the MS Dash ALWAYS runs at 480.

You sure your HDTV supports 720p? Most XBOX games only run in 480p. Enter the Matrix and Amped 2 are a couple that do support 720p. Enter the Matrix even supports 1080i. Try one of those and report back.
