Minor Video Problem

it is not that important but with my 1.6 box, there are sort of crossed lines on the edge of straight lined objects like in GTA SA the side of the roads or walls and even the roofs of the houses and such. I am using a regular CRT TV and I also tried with 2 other TVs but its the same. I was wondering if getting the advanced av pack can solve this problem ??? Right now, I am using a crappy RGB scart cable. Thanks in advance...
