ve got an xecuter 3ce modchip and all i did was reset it with the quick reset function on the controller and when it booted back up the screen was rolling from top to bottom

1. what causes this

2. (most importanly) how can i fix it.. i just got need for spped most wanted and now i cant play it.. that game pwns
