Text Ghosting In Hd On Lcd Tv ? With Xbox 1

Got a new HD LCD TV and hooked up the Xbox via comp cables through the HD AV Pack..

And was wowed by the clear picture,  games looked awesome in HD..

Anyway,  next day I turned on the TV to notice bad ghosting of Text in the UnleashX menu and worse in the XBMC menu..

Its like you each each letter twice,  the front letter with the shadow of the letter behind and to the right of it..

Obviously this is a pain,  ive tried changing cables etc with no change..

Has this happened to anyone ?   anyone know what could be wrong ?

Any help would be great.

It's obviously your A/V pack is bad.
