Ntsc Output Frequencies

Anyone know what the vga frequencies are on a box??

e.g 15k / 61k ?

because i have an adapter that works but outputs 15 / 60 hz - i don't know if it's the adapter or the box itself.....

so if it's the box, can i adjust it andbring it up to a range that my monitor accepts?

what is the software i need if any? dry.gif
