Anyone Here With A Creative Ddts-100 Decoder?

Hi there,

Can someone with the above decoder please plug some headphones into the decoder headphone jack (both of them, at the front) and tell me if you get some quite loud hiss, with no music playing? (in fact, there doesn't need to be any input whatsoever, and if the decoder is OFF it's acutally louder hiss).

Plugging the headphone into the audio out on the back is completely silent?

Sorry about this, I"m trying to gather evidence to RAM mine, since I believe it's faulty, but have had no luck finding this answer elsewhere. I know that some people here have the ddts-100, hoping they can help me.
