Video Distortion - Rca To S-vid

Okie, im having video distortion on a moded 1.6 with a non-HD 27" TV, changed power supplys, changed rca cords TVs. rooms, even ditched the xpod to for a orgional case with proper shielding.

still getting distortion.

is it possible to switch from RCA to s-vid to reduce or elimanate the distortion?
