Can U Change Video Mode For Specific Game?

I have a DreamX 733 that plays games off the harddrive.  Of all the games on the hdd there is one that I can't view because it's set to the PAL videomode and my RCA TV doesn't support that.  I can hear the game palying but my screen goes blank.  The Enigma video switch disc won't work because if I change the video mode to PAL and reboot, my display goes nuts.  So is there a way to change the video mode on this one specific game from PAL to NTSC?
