Youre best bet is to get a converter that goes from rca to s-video. I have one but I cant recall where I got it but radio shack should have one.

Is this for your xbox?  Just get the advanced AV pack.  The true S-video will look better than a converted RCA.

ClintiePoo is right.  Otherwise you should be able to find one for like $10 but remember, there will be no improvement in the picture quality that way.
