Hdtv Problems With A Tsop Flash

I recently flashed my xbox TSOP with evox m7ej+137 bios(dont ask, only had a old slayers disc lol). Anyway all is fine if im using 480p,720p, and 1080i. But when i try to use 480i, i end up with lines up and down the screen. They are barely visible, but still there(very annoying). Has anyone had a problem like this? Do you think it might be the bios? Also i notice them the most when using XBMC or XBMP (evox dash looks ok). Btw, its a early v1.0 or v1.1
