Ultimate Spiderman Hd?

sorry guys maybe i missed something i did search and could not find anything but what is the deal with ultimate spiderman running in 480i? in back of the box it says 720p can anyone fill me in on this? i can run xmen legends and other 720p games in 720 p no problem.
