Hi, i try to patch my xboxdash.xbe to get hd-res 480p or 720p .. dont remember which one it was.

But i got a error msg when ill try to patch, "unable to find pattern #0", anyone know what todo ? I dont know which version of xboxdash i have, and dont know how to see it either.

Same thing happens when i try to patch a game, but then its another error msg.

i use XVI32 (a free program) and have never had a problem

try making sure you're doing a search for a hex, not a text string.
