Followed This Vga Tut Here

I followed the vga guide in the tuts section in the main page. GO TO THE GUIDE HERE. I was wondering which pin on the xbox plug goes to ground for pin 4 of the lm1881.
Also which pin goes to the 5-12 volt for the pin 8 on the lm1881. It's all i need to do to finish the mod.

cant seem to find any schematics on this. Could someone help.
