Halo 480p Hex

Okay, maybe there is an easier way, but i cannot play halo (which is loaded on my HDD) in 480p, it plays from the disc at 480p, but when it loads up from C, its in 480i, which sucks cause im using a VGA adapter, is there a way to alter evox to load everyhting up to 480p, or do i need to change the hex for this game.
