carwarr, yes...you are right....Im sure its a ground problem.
But when I say "coaxial", I was talking about "coaxial digital output", thats the "spdif" output from the diagram, anyway the ground from coaxial digital output is the same ground in all the xbox, so literally I m connecting all the xbox ground to the receiver ground through this cable....
I have no idea whats the impedance of the digital coaxial cable....
But maybe you have another idea to crate an isolation transformer....

I dont know if the adapter you post, could work....that adapter doenst change impedances?

If I connect a screw from the xbox or the receiver to "home ground" (ground connection in my house), the noise almost dissapear (or totally dissapear...not sure), but I dont know if I can connect a screw from this components, direct to ground....
To the other guy....with this cable (from the diagram) you dont need to connect any other av cable ( neither the original av cable)
