Display Problem

Hi,

my setup

PAL widescreen
PAL xbox
Xecuter 2
PAL Games

ok, when i browse the MS dash, the image is displayed fully but when i play game backups on DVD or from HD... theres a strip down each side of the screen which appears to be unused... its about a 5mm on each side.

Xbox is set to 16:9, Scart RBG connection.

Is it just my TV or anyone else had this problem.
