I must be wrong on Hex edit to fix green tint. But the hex dose fix Hidef mode for pal and ntsc. As dose nkpatcher, right?
the hex patches change game code so that 480p is possible. the nkpatcher10-vga code does things differently. it patches the kernel AvSetDisplayMode. kernel patching is way more easier as there's only one function to be patched as opposed to game patching where each game does things differently.

So why not make a bios that uses nkpatcher code. So you get the cool virtual stuff and Hidef fixes. It would also be cool to have it auto detect wether your using a TV, HDTV, or VGA. Well it might be hard to get a bios to tell if its a VGA or a HDTV but what about if its a TV or VGA.
sure, it's possible to tell if it's hdtv or vga if you use different mode for vga cable. i found it unneccessery, hence my nkpatcher vga code expects a hdtv mode 2+3 cable.

I've screwed with my Xbox so much that the network chip is fried (yey another thing to fix

) and don't wanna take the chance of putting org M$ bios back and fracking it up completely. So nkpatcher isn't an option yet.
create a bfm ms original bios, load it with bios loader, then make it run fonts exploit (for example uxe or ueee) followed by nkpatcher. that should do it.
