Video Scrambled

I have a Zenith 56" WS HDTV but right now it's in the shop. It's still under warranty so the company I bought it from has given me a "loaner" to use until I get mine back. It is a Philips 55" HDTV but the problem is that the video from my Xbox is now scrambled so I can't see anything.
