Analogue TV-capture cards are pretty cheap these days and most of them have Stereo-support (watch out, there are some cards which STILL lack this feature dry.gif ). The only reason I can think off to buy a very expensive TV-capture card is when you have an Media Center PC. I don't need one (Xbox Media Center does everything I need love.gif ), but if I needed to buy one, I would take that card from Hauppage with two tuners (+MPEG2-encoders) on one single card. beerchug.gif

Hey there,

I am new at this whole moding concept. Personally I am not really into the games, what I do want to do though is to make an PVR / Tivo type of box. I thnk it can be done with an Xbox. I know there is some Linux stuff out there.
Has anyone done this conversion? I have done abit of research and found some stuff about Xbox Media centre, what is this all about?
