Sound Does No Longer Works On Media Player

for some reason my sound no longer works on my xbox media player i was watching a movie the other day and i odnt know if i hit something on the controler or what but my sound is not working right.

i know its still hooked up the right way i checked that and burned games sound work fine.

does anyone know whats up.
