I have a v1.5 xbox and a xecuter 2.3b mod chip. I have checked the mod chip the hd and the dvd player everyone of does is fine. I'm not sure whats causing my xbox to never boot to the menu screen. All it does, is go on a continues loop. It seems like the power keeps turning of and on but the green button stays lit the whole time. I have tried  booting it to slayer or nts/pal disk but it just restarts and never gets to read the disk. CAN ANYONE HELP ME? Do i just need a new motherboar? If so does anyone know where to get one.
