Svideo And Hd Video Out Connections At Same Time?
« on: May 02, 2005, 05:41:00 PM »

I would also like to know if this is possible.  I made a previous post about this same topic, because I wanted to play in high def, and record my games in yellow composite onto a vcr.  Anyways, I hope someone will catch this post and help us out.

I think there are junction type boxes that allow this type of thing.  Howeve they are rather expensive.  Do you have recievers that allow multiple inputs all out to component?

I've been wrong before but I think when you are running HD, the video chip is actually rendering the scenes differently, therefore, you couldn't do this as the images are actually different in the VRAM.

my current solution is to go from component to VGA x2 then one VGA plugs into a monitor, and one goes to a scan convertor outputting s-video, however the output from this scan convertor isn't really that good.
