I've seen many options.
Standard composite, high definition packs, component cables, s-video cables. My question is which will give me the best picture?

nah just buy the ms official one. It's 19.99 the new ones are a plug and cable attached with no break away box. Even the old ones come with decent cables. So it's gonna set u back 19.99

what does your TV support?
You listed a link to the AV Pack & High Def pack.
If your TV only supports S-Video then go with the Advance Av pack. If you have a high Definition (HDTV) television go with the other.
