We Got A Frager! Tried Everything! Well, Maybe

putting it back to stock... that's the best idea

based on what you said I can imagine 2 scenarios:
1. you knocked something loose with the chip and the Fragging is completely unrelated to the AV setup, or the Bios wasn't flashed correctly (did you test the bios on it's own before testing the new AV outputs?)
2. you mis-wired the AV port and shorted/blew something that causes your Xbox to frag like that.

considering you double checked all your wires my money is on #1

Okay so I pulled off the chip, I even put the freakin thing back into the stock case.  And I am still getting the same results (FRAG w/o video, or audio)  It seems to turn off faster now though when it does the on, off sequence thing.  Any ideas?

I thought of maybe desoldering the a/v pins and then resolder them to see if i pulled any traces from there...  What are the causes of FRAG's such as this, with the on off on off on then FRAG with no video and no audio?

Ok, so I desoldered all my mods, put the mobo back in its stock case, wired it all up and i got it to boot!!!!  Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaah.  BUT!  It starts as soon as I plug it in.  I disconnected the power button and tried it without the power button connected, and it still came on.  So it's somewhere on the board.  Anyone know where I should investigate on this?  I'll search around in the forums but I'd like a quicker answer if possible.  Thanks guys for the suggestions!  I'm back up!!!  Just this minor setback.
