It will remain as NTSC with the modchip turned off. The only problem I can see is if the game has region coding.

they should, only problem with pal games is the tv has to support pal, or in this case, the tv has to support ntsc, but on a moniter it will be fine.

There are still a handful of PAL games that don't support NTSC and they will require the Xbox to be in PAL mode for them to work, luckily the list is small.

The problem you may encounter, is if you decide to import an NTSC game to play on Live and that disc has region coding. Changing to NTSC with enigmah does not change the region of your Xbox, and if the coding on the NTSC disc conflicts with your region, you won't be able to play that game on Live.

Easiest option is to burn the enigmah iso onto a disc and boot it up, otherwise you will probably never find it through Avalaunch. Power on the Xbox with the disc inside and when you hear the loading stop press A for PAL or B for NTSC, then turn off and on again.

Or FTP into your Xbox and get the Avalaunch .ini and have a look where enigmah is in the file system?

I did the same thing. Now my screen rolls. Like a knucklehead I inserted the xbox boot disk cd and now I get the MS factory settings. Lost My Dash. Also I do not have a backup I would like to just reload the dash I have all the files on disk.

If I load it without the bootdisk I get a service 13 error code I may have locked my HD.

ALL !@#$ UP
