Sound Problems!

I have a 1.6 Xbox with Xenium Ice.
Got some problems with the sound. When i have both left+right sound in the TV. One of them sounds very bad. When I have only one of them in (the one which doesnt sound so bad) the sound volume is ver low.

Anyone know about this problem..
