X2vga+ Problems

Well, the topic says it, I cant play some emulators because the screen is all messed up (In Xsnes9x stretch the image like on the xbox starting screen, In FCEUltraX the screen is all screwed up...) Is there anything I could do to set those emulators to a resolution supported by my X2VGA+?
