Disable 480p Support Temporarily

I have an issue with Panzer Dragoon Orta, where if 480p is enabled the video is just scrambled. This site has a few other people with the same problem.

It's weird, but if I go into the MS Dash and disable 480p support I can play this.  Is there a small app I can use from Avalaunch to disable/enable this quickly?  I've got PDO on my f-partition now, so I don't pull out the disc much, but one less step would be nice.
