Whats A 0.1uf Look Like?

hey guys could someone help me find one of those for the VGA cable which im making?

Or could someone post pictures of one that they have made?
I have heaps of shit like motherboards etc that i could take 2 from but i just dont know where to find one. the only ones i found say 10uF i think.
