Portable Screens What's A Good Deal?

i was interested in portable xbox-ing and went to gamestop and saw Matcatz 7 inch screen for 179 dollars.  ( they had a used one they were selling  for 120 dollars... IS that a good deal?????)

Didn't know if there is better deals out there or better LCD's or other ways to go portable.

I remember starting a forum question on this topic about 1 year ago ... but  I'm starting to see NEWER DVD portable players...  so ...  I ask again ...  

In the Month of December 2004 what is good DEAL on portable gaming screen?
