I have  already received my Video-Chat Kit for XBox which I pre-ordered at Amazon Japan and wonder if anybody knows whether MS has any plans to release it in Europe as well. I am asking as I just shipped a kit to a friend in Europe, but suppose that he cannot us the camera as the software is on a disc that is NTSC J.
Is it possible to rip the CD and burn it as PAL disc with region code 2? This would be the only solution that I could think of. Any suggestions are welcome.

Note: Official release date of the Video-Chat kit is the 25th November, but I have preordered the kit w/o XBox Live subscription for 1800Yen (US$17).
