Certain Games Playing In Black And White

my xbox 1.1 is modded with a xenium ice and a 120gb hdd,it has problems playing halo2 and pro-evo4 in colour.
They will only play in black and white on my projector but on my tv they play in colour perfectly.
Ive tried setting my box to ntsc but it aint making any difference.

Anybody know what i can do to remedy this.
