Ok, don't yell at me, but I used Slayer's to set up my Xbox.  It was the easy way out, yes, I know...  That being said, I am not able to get eith XBMP or XBMC to work.  The applications seem to be installed in the F:\Apps\XBMC and XBMP directories, however, there is not an *.XBE file to execute...should there be?
