V1.0 Partial Video On Dashboot Up Then Freezes.

Hello,

I have a v1.0 xbox w/ a xenium ice installed.  I can get to the xos2 screen, load the bios and back up the retail kernel.  When i click on either the retail kernel or the x2 bios the video loads partially(becomes frozen) and i can still hear the rest of it loading in the background.  the eject button led flashes red and green after 30secs.

any ihelp would be much appreciated.
