Ms Dash Hex Edit No Longer Working

Hey there everyone, just thought Id share or ask if anyone knows about the MS Dash hex edit for the progressive scan, or more importantly it not working anymore.  I know my Tv supports it as XMBC is in progressive scan and the MS Dash used to be.  DVDX-2 still is progressive scan, just not the MS Dash.  Ive narrowed it down to when I installed the wireless network adapter and it replaced the old MS Dash.  But shouldnt it still work or is there something else that has to be done??  In the hex editor I still find the strings and can change them but no matter which option I change it to, either auto or all time progresive it doesnt work.  Thanks.
