Can I Convert My Mp3s Into Xboxdash Playlists

So is there a program to convert mp3s on my computer to xbox playlists so I can play them in games like GTA vice city and burnout 3?

Worst case i'll just burn em. Shouldnt be too hard since my samsing reads cdrs, but is there an easier way?

Will xbox rip an mp3 filled cd?
