Emergency Situation!!!
I'm terribly in trouble 'n I need your urgent help.

I have a Version 1.6 XBOX with NTSC video format with an ALAADIN 64 ModChip with a 256KB EvolutionX M8 BIOS. I've always had the idea, interest 'n ambition to change my video format from NTSC-USA to NTSC-Japan. I have already a full backup of my XBOX drives in my PC's HDD. Once I got the "Avalaunch v0.49 program" I FTPed it onto my XBOX Hard Disk 'n made it into an application to be run from the Hard Disk, so it became one of my dashboards. In one of its menus I made a backup from my XBOX by one of its sub-applications 'n then copied those new backups to my PC Hard Disk. Later on I recognized that I'm able to change my video format through the SETTING part of this Avalaunch dashboard. I went to that menu 'n changed my NTSC-USA format into NTSC-J 'n followed the instructions on the screen. When it was done I TURNED OFF my XBOX.

Damn!!! MY XBOX DOES NOT BOOT ANYMORE. Nothin' on the screen, no sound, no boot 'n no ability for FTPing like before… All I have is the LED which is GREEN for half a second then RED Flashing. I used the I previously read in XBOX-SCENE that this means that I have a Bad/Corrupted or Empty EEPROM. Before using this Avalaunch I used XBMP to change my video format 'n I got no picture on screen but I COULD hear the bootin' storm from speakers. But in those times because the LED appearance was a SOLID GREEN LED till the booting storm finishes 'n then got a FLASHING RED LED, I could use the ENIGMAH VIDEO SELECTOR Disc 'n blindly pressed B for having the NTSC again 'n it worked very well, but NOW since my LED is GREEN for half a second then RED Flashing starts 'n I have NO PICTURE 'n AUDIO, it does not boot from the Enigmah Video Selector disc, so I cannot do a thing to it.

I am totally upset 'bout it 'n since in my country I cannot buy any other XBOX, I really need to make it working again. You can't imagine how dependent I've got to this Black Magic Box. For God's sake do me this favor. Help me out of it. I know soldering techniques very well. Just tell me how to have my XBOX back to life.

Shame on Avalaunch for not taking any responsibility for the things they make 'n puttin' poor XBOX users into serious 'n big problems like this. I kiss all your hands for showin' me a way outta this.
